By accessing or using Kirasame Sora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kirasame Sora is an AI-powered cloud cost audit platform. You upload cloud billing CSV exports (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and receive an AI-generated analysis of your spending patterns, cost anomalies, and optimisation opportunities. The audit report is an AI-generated advisory output. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the report.
We offer three plans: • Snapshot — unlimited ad-supported audits, all findings, basic score. No payment required. • Auditor ($8 one-time) — All findings, quick-win actions, PDF export. • Specialist Report ($20 one-time) — All findings, fix guides, PDF export, permanently saved report, shareable link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. Prices are in USD.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at support@kirasame.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
You retain full ownership of your cloud billing CSV data and the audit reports generated from it. By uploading a CSV, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your audit report. We do not share your billing data with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g. sending data to the Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis).
You agree not to: • Upload data that you do not have the right to share. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' reports or account data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Specialist Report audits are stored and accessible for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to extend this period. If we ever reduce it, we will provide at least 90 days' notice by email. Snapshot and Auditor plan reports are not stored permanently and are only available during the active session.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated audit findings are based on your CSV data and may not capture all cost issues. We do not guarantee specific savings outcomes. Always validate AI recommendations with your cloud provider's documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirasame Sora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
